Dr. Natalya Rooney is a concerned and mindful optometrist who uses state of the art equipment providing high quality care at Megavision Center Queens. She practices full scope primary care optometry with a passion for Dry Eyes, Myopia control, Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration.
Dr. Rooney received her bachelor of science majoring in Biology at Adelphi University before going to earn her Doctor of Optometry Degree from SUNY College of Optometry.
Dr. Boris Kapelnik

Dr. Boris Kapelnik is a dedicated and compassionate optometrist with over 18 years of experience in the field. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Kapelnik is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal eye health and vision through comprehensive eye exams, advanced diagnostic testing, and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Kapelnik is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars. He also enjoys volunteering his time and expertise to provide eye care services to underserved communities in the borough of Queens.
In his free time, Dr. Kapelnik enjoys playing soccer, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
